Yes, all our courses are approved by the relevant state real estate commissions, ensuring you receive the necessary education to meet licensing requirements and succeed on your licensing exams.
Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion and guidance on scheduling your licensing exam. We also offer additional resources to help you prepare for the exam and job placement assistance to begin your career in real estate.
Don’t worry, you can always reschedule your exam with one of our counselors. You have up to three attempts to pass the exam within four months from the start of the class. A $25.00 fee will apply if you need more than three attempts.
We accept cash, money order, credit or debit card. We do not accept personal checks.
REEDU does not administer the State Exam. You must go to your local Department of State to take the exam. Exams are held every Tuesday. The cost for the exam is $15.00.
Each class is approximately 2½ to 3 hours long.
Yes, and you do not need to have a degree to obtain your license.
According to the Department of State: “If completing the broker course for continuing education, you must also complete 2.5 hours of ethical business practices and 1 hour of recent legal matters topics to satisfy the requirement.”
